I need to make sure that I don't represent your seller, because I represent a huge number of real estate investors in Indiana. #2- I would need to read your contract. I can only determine whether a party breached a contract by first reading the contract. #3- You need to contact American Mold Experts here in Indiana. They sell a unique product that is increadibly environmentally friendly that eats mold. Bleach tries to kill mold, but this product actually eats mold and destroys it. It is amazing.
