I&#039;d say that the owner of that painting company has good reason to be upset with his employees with lost a good ladder, but he should be mad at himself for allowing his company to operate that way.  The buck stops with management or the owners, in the end.  Leadership starts at the top.  In the end, the owner pays the price either way.  that&#039;s why owners should invest more in operations, employee development, systems and branding.</description>

		<description>I&#039;ve wondered about this very sort of thing, especially the day a paint truck lost a ladder in the lane next to me in the south split. It was only by good driving and luck that it missed my car. My thought at the time was &quot;if these guys can&#039;t even tie a ladder to their truck, what are they going to do to my house??&quot; The other thought was not so printable!</description>
