Hi Matt,
I live in a bldg in Miller Beach, right outside of Gary IN that has flooding every six months on the lower level apartments they continue to rent them just recarpet and paint them the water lines are visible in a few units up to 2 feet on the walls. I am right next to the boiler room and water leaks in on my kitchen floor. I have asked 4 times and the leak has not been fixed. Last month I requested a new apartment and did not pay rent, am I in jepoardy of being evicted?
